Great Forex Trading Stuff...

Hi Traders

I'm writing today just to make sure that you do not miss out on these cool, free stuff...

If you reviewed above free trading stuff then let's to see What to look for while choosing a broker?

Online forex trading can be very lucrative if you can combine the right trading style with the right broker. In this article we’ll take a look at the most important points which must be considered before opening an account.

Regulation

Is the firm regulated by authorities like the CFTC, NFA or the FSA in the UK? If it is not, stay away from it at all costs. This is a black and white issue: never risk your funds by depositing them at an unregulated broker.

The Bid-ask spread

The bid-ask spread is what the broker is charging you, so make sure that the spread is suitable to your trading style, and general preferences. If you are a scalper, or a frequent trader, a high bid-ask spread will enrich the broker and get you depressed while struggling with the cost of the trades. Accommodating the spread is easier for long term traders, but we should still choose a broker with an optimal spread to ensure the best performance.

Dealing Desk

Brokers have dealing desks to respond to emergencies such as server failure, or connection problems on the side of the trader, but the dealing desk can also use manipulative techniques against clients such as the notorious stop running which was common in the early days of the forex brokerage business. In order to have a quiet sleep at night, you may seek a broker which doesn’t have a dealing desk which can interfere with your trading orders.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Ease of withdrawal is foremost in any traders mind. As clients we don’t want to deal with problems when we choose to withdraw the funds entrusted to the broker during trading. Unfortunately, withdrawal can be arduous and stressful at some firms, so it is a great idea to check forex broker reviews and visit forums in order to ask experienced trader about their experiences with the brokers.

Attitude to trading styles

Traders have different styles, but not all brokers are equally accommodative to such diversity. Some brokers have very restrictive policies towards scalpers, others do not accommodate news traders. In general, established brokers with a good technical staff are welcoming to all kinds of traders, but problems may be encountered with new and smaller firms. It is a good idea to discuss these points with the broker before opening an account.

Secondary Tools

Items such as news feed from a financial news provider like Reuters, or IFR can be very important for fundamental traders. Similarly, a trader who utilizes options market related data should ensure that the broker’s platform incorporates information on expiries and option sizes. Some traders prefer certain indicator combinations for trading, and they too should ensure that the broker’s software implements them before opening the account.

Forum

Does the broker have a forum where you can discuss your feelings with fellow traders? Not only does a forum allow you take share your experiences with others, but it also helps you get an idea on the professionalism of the firms’ staff by their responses and attitude to clients.

Conclusion

The
top forex brokers in the world may not help you much if they do not allow your trading style, or do not offer the tools that you require. Make sure that you scrutinize the firm thoroughly before making a decision. It may take your while, but it is better than regretting your recklessness after being defrauded by a fake company...

Five No Nonsense Strategies in Forex Trading

Hi Traders

Hope you're gather enough trading information for this trading week...

What's you have to know:

When considering forex trading as a profit making venture, it is important to work out winning strategies beforehand if at all possible. Making decisions regarding your forex trading and developing a strategy can be seen as your foundation. With your strategy you will optimize your risk with respect to the expected reward, or put the odds in your favor. Trading strategies should be disciplined and limit risk, while placing you at the most favorable advantage in the market. One strategy is the simple moving away average, which is based on a technical study over twelve periods, with each period fifteen minutes in length. This is a good example of a trading decision that is arrived at through strategy.

A simple algorithm is used in this strategy. When currency price crosses above the twelfth period, simply move away it is a signal to stop and reverse. In this way a long position will be liquidated and a short position will be established, both using market orders. This system will keep trades always in the market, with either a short position or a long position after the first signal.

Another strategy is of support and resistance levels. This is another technical analysis strategy and derives support and resistance. The idea is that the market tends to trade above support levels and trade below resistance levels. If either a support or a resistance level is broken, then the market will follow through is the direction given. These levels can be determined by analysis of the chart and assessment of where the chart has encountered unbroken support or resistance in times past.

Anther strategy that many see as exotic is called the balloon strategy. A balloon option is an option that balloons, or increases in size when triggers are reached. For example, if an investor believes that the dollar will gain strength against the Euro in the near future and is currently trading at 100, the investor will see 110 as being strong resistance, but the investor also believes it will be broken. So, rather than buying straight dollars at 100 for the next six months the investor will purchase at “at the money” balloon call with a 110 trigger and multiple of two. The investor will then own a 100 call in USD110mm. But if the dollar and Euro ever trade at or above 110, the 110 call will double to USD 20mm.

The double bottom is another strategy worth looking at. The double bottom is significant to the short term trader as double bottoms indicate a possible major change in sentiment and trend. The pattern is used on all times frames, and many powerful intraday and long term bull markets are conceived from this setup. Double bottoms reflect strong support levels. When prices fail to break support in the down trending markets on more than one occasion we see powerful changes of trend. These reversal signals are meaningful. The most common entry point where a trader will open on a double bottom trade is on a move through the high of the two troughs. This high will represent secondary resistance, and when penetrated confirms a price reversal. The stops are placed around the lows of he patters because a move below lows negates the pattern premise.

Another good potential strategy is the ichimoku chart. These charts are following indicators, which identify support and resistance levels and create trading signals in a way that is similar to moving averages. A big difference however between the two is that the Ichimoku chart lines shift forward in time, creating wider support and resistance zones and decreasing the risk of trading false breakouts. They are calculated using information on trend existence, direction, support and resistance.

The four main lines are:
Turning Line = (Highest High + Lowest Low) / 2, for the past nine days
Standard Line = (Highest High + Lowest Low) / 2, for the past twenty-six days
Leading Span 1 = (Standard Line + Turning Line) / 2, plotted twenty-six days ahead of today
Leading Span 2 = (Highest High + Lowest Low) / 2, for the past fifty days, plotted twenty-six days ahead of today’s date.

Whichever strategy you choose to use, devote as much study as possible to increase your chances of gain and profit...

The EUR -finds itself in excellent position this week to make historic gains versus all of its major currency rivals, namely the US dollar. EUR/USD begins the week well over 1.48, as we wait what is being forecasted as a strong Euro-zone economic news week.

EUR/USD-The bullish channel continues with strong momentum as the pair now floats around 1.4828. The slow stochastic on the 4 hour chart is floating around 50 which indicates that the bearish signal is in place. The RSI is forming back into bullish formation and supports the general notion. Strategy Outlook

Hi Traders

Today's I prepared new forex information, I'm sure that this can help on your trading afford..

Premier Trading Strategy (Long-term Strategy)
The Premier has done amazingly well in weathering the storm through the Credit Crisis and has put up profits each month with the exception of one. This is what is to be expected in 2008. There is however, the potential for a switch on some of the carry trades if the bottom falls out due to credit woes. The switch will cause a delay in growth on these currency pairs (EURJPY, NZDUSD, AUDCAD). You will note that the EURJPY and NZDUSD did make a switch in September due to the August Credit Crisis move and then switch right back in October and the Premier still pulled out positive returns. This is evidence that the Premier strategy can withstand some bumpy roads. The hope will be if there is a switch it will continue into the end of the year making money as it retraces the last 3 or 4 years of growth. The diversification is the supporting factor in this strategy when trading all seven currencies. The Canadian crosses will also do well if oil continues its upward trend in 2008. In addition, the Euro crosses should continue up as well, as the Euro Zone currently offers good stability and growth. The Premier will continue much as it did in 2007 with monthly drawdown periods of 4 – 12% on open trades, during those times we add new positions and see the profit results as markets correct back in their long-term direction. Should be a fun year!...

Aggressive but Impressive
I thought you might be interested to take a look at a live account traded by the guys over at 5EMAs, using the advanced techniques from their 5EMAs Ultimate Trader system.

The account was opened at the end of October last year with $20,000 yet less than 12 weeks later (including the Christmas holiday!), the account grew to a staggering $103,000! - 136 trades and only 6 losses!!

Forex Supreme

The Australian Dollar (AUD)- was boosted by all time lows in Unemployment Rate coming in at 4.1%, below forecasted figures of 4.3%. The buoyant data confirmed that the labour force had grown by 26.8K jobs, adding to growing expectations that the RBA may move to increase rates in their March meeting.
USD-The U.S. Labor Department published yesterday its weekly data concerning the number of the U.S. initial claims for state unemployment insurance aid. The data indicated a drop of 9,000 to 348,000 - slightly better than Wall Street's consensus expectation of 350,000. The December trade balance came in at a monthly deficit of $58.8B, lower than the expected $61B. The trade deficit totaled $711.6 billion for all of 2007, down 6.2 percent from the record set in 2006 and the largest annual percentage drop since 1991...
USD/CHF-This pair dipped yesterday well beyond the key 1.1000 resistance level. The next target price will now be the 1.0950 level as the RSI and Momentum still indicate further bearish movement. Predictions 2008

Hi Traders

How are thing going with you this year, Today's I prepare next for you:
Start trading Live with only $100

It is always fun to try to predict the markets, but remember that Pro Financial FX trade with rule based systems and not on emotions. By trading the On Target, Premier, and EurAsia strategies we have the ability to capture profits across all market movements – diversification is key. Also it is important to note that past performance is no guarantee of future profits and these predictions and nothing more than educated guess therefore, do not make trading decisions on these predictions. With that said, here are my predictions of what will happen in 2008.
The US Dollar will decline at least another 25 percent against major world currencies including the Euro, British Pound, Swiss Franc, and Canadian Dollar
Oil will reach $150 a barrel within the first 8 months of the year. This will send the Canadian Dollar to record highs once again
The 2008 Presidential elections will not change the outlook of 2008 (Unless Ron Paul wins).
Trading the Forex market will become main stream as investors will have to look to investing in other currencies if they want to protect their wealth against the falling dollar.

Stop predicting the future and make a killing from forex trading

Hi Traders

As a trader, you must be willing to admit that trading is difficult. Trading is ruthless.
It’s a tough business. You must have the competitive edge to survive and succeed in the forex market.

For years, the so-called trading experts have been spreading the most destructive myth - that is,
to succeed in trading you must forecast or predict the future.

Nothing could be further from the truth. The fact is that trying to predict future price movements
will certainly lead to unnecessary frustration and failure. To be successful in forex trading,
you only need to do two things: Identify the trend & join the trend with the precise timing.

You don't need complicated and confusing fundamental or technical analysis to trade successfully.
Systems that are based on logical, scientifically sound, and well-tested forex trading concepts
have been performing extremely well and will continue to do so for many years to come.
